Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your access to and use of the eSolverBooks website, accounting software, and related services.

Effective date: August 20, 2026

By creating an account or using eSolverBooks, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

1. Using the service

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use eSolverBooks only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the permissions assigned to your users.

2. Your data

You retain ownership of the business records and other content you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, back up, and transmit that content to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid features are provided according to the selected plan and billing cycle. Fees, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation rules shown at purchase or in an order form apply to your subscription. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees already paid are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, access another user's account without permission, use the service to violate law or third-party rights, or attempt to reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where the law permits it.

5. Third-party services

Integrations and third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party products, content, availability, or actions.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep eSolverBooks reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, or circumstances beyond our control. We may update, add, or retire features and will provide notice of material changes when reasonably practicable.

7. Intellectual property

eSolverBooks and its software, design, trademarks, documentation, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription; they do not transfer ownership.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, security risk, unlawful use, or harm to the service or others. You may stop using the service and cancel according to your plan. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an 'as available' basis. eSolverBooks is a recordkeeping tool and does not provide legal, tax, audit, or investment advice. You remain responsible for reviewing entries, reports, filings, and business decisions with qualified professionals where appropriate.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Any aggregate liability will be limited as stated in the applicable order form or, if none, to fees paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the service, law, or business practices. We will post the updated terms and revise the effective date. Continued use after the revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms can be submitted through the support channel available in your eSolverBooks account.
