Commission is calculated on subscription payments excluding VAT. A ৳5,000 subscription payment before VAT earns ৳1,000.
15-day holding period
New commission is held for 15 days after payment, then moves to your available balance.
Withdraw from ৳1,000
Request payouts to bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a bank account in your own name. Payouts are usually processed within 3 working days.
Refund adjustments
Commission on refunded or removed payments is reversed. If already withdrawn, the amount is deducted from future earnings.
One distributor per business
A business stays linked to the distributor code used at sign-up. Make sure your client uses your link or code before completing registration.
Fair promotion
Use accurate claims and genuine referrals. Spam, fake sign-ups or misleading promotion can lead to account suspension.

Who can become a distributor?
Accountants, business consultants, IT partners and people who recommend eSolverBooks to businesses can join. Registration is free, with no referral targets or monthly minimum.
How does a business get linked to me?
Share your personal sign-up link or QR code, or ask the business to enter your distributor code during sign-up. Your referred businesses appear in your distributor portal.
Do I earn commission during a free trial?
No. Commission starts when a referred business makes a subscription payment. You can still track trial businesses in your portal.
Does commission apply to yearly plans?
Yes. You earn 20% of the actual subscription payment before VAT, whether the business pays monthly or yearly. Discounts affect the payment amount and therefore the commission.
What happens if a business stops paying?
New commission stops until the business pays again. Existing earnings remain subject to the programme's refund and payment adjustment rules.
